Yoga + Talk Therapy

My practice offers yoga + talk therapy (yoga combined with traditional talk therapy), individual therapy, and couples therapy to improve your health and well-being. Whether practicing breathwork, meditation, postures/exercises, relaxation techniques, or trauma-informed practices, we develop a personalized wellness plan to help you sleep better, improve your mood, concentrate and think more clearly, recover from trauma, and ultimately find comfort in your skin.

Yoga

I specialize in holistic wellness and provide a space that cultivates ease, restoration, and transformation. I offer accessible yoga that is personalized and a catalyst for improving and maintaining your whole health. Through breathwork, meditation, and postures, you may experience renewal and enhanced well-being.

Multicultural Women’s Wellness

My health and wellness philosophy incorporates eight wellness dimensions (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and financial) and aligns with a positive lifestyle approach. I specialize in multicultural women’s wellness and provide holistic and integrative approaches to mental (emotional, psychological, social), physical, and spiritual health.

Products that Heal

Asili Wellness home + body care products are vegan, environmentally friendly, and handmade using natural ingredients. Products are created in small batches and made with great care to provide a holistic approach to delight your senses. Each wellness product is asili (“natural” in Swahili).

Wellness is a “positive approach to living.” We can make changes to cultivate peace and help you thrive! I would love to walk alongside you in creating your happiness and enhancing your ability to promote health, prevent disease, encourage self-care, and foster healing!
